Market Development History
During the late 20th century, sealing in Belarus relied on basic neoprene strips that required frequent replacement due to ozone cracking and cold-weather hardening. These early solutions provided minimal protection against the piercing winter winds.
Between 2005 and 2015, the industry shifted toward integrated PVC and reinforced rubber. This era saw the introduction of the outdoor door sweep, which combined a metal carrier with a flexible blade to better handle the uneven surfaces of industrial flooring.
From 2016 to the present, the focus has moved toward "Smart Sealing." The integration of spring-loaded mechanisms and high-grade elastomers has allowed for precise gaps, ensuring that sealing is only active when the door is closed, thus reducing wear and tear.
