Between 2011 and 2020, the introduction of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber revolutionized the industry. This transition allowed for seals that maintained flexibility at low temperatures, significantly improving the lifespan of commercial door seals across the country.
Since 2021, the focus has shifted toward integrated "Smart Sealing." The integration of automatic mechanisms ensures a tight seal only when the door is closed, reducing wear and tear on the rubber components while maximizing energy efficiency.

Nanocomposite Material Integration
