drainage mat outdoorNon-slip mats are specially designed floor coverings made from materials that provide increased traction. They are typically placed in areas that are prone to moisture, such as next to the toilet or in the shower. These mats are constructed using materials such as rubber, PVC, or microfiber, which help prevent slipping by offering superior grip and stability. Additionally, many non-slip mats have a textured surface that enhances their anti-slip properties, making them an indispensable addition to any bathroom.

1、For the factory
- Oil seals serve as a barrier, preventing oil from escaping the confines of the machinery while also stopping contaminants from entering
- Unlike spark plugs, glow plugs don't create a spark but produce heat through electrical resistance. This heat source is crucial, especially in colder climates, as it ensures a consistent and reliable start for the engine. A faulty or worn-out glow plug can lead to starting difficulties, reduced engine performance, increased fuel consumption, and even engine damage over time.
Double Lips 4. Install the Oil Seal
Metal inserts must be carefully prepared in operations involving cleaning and roughening surfaces (grit-blasting or phosphatizing), stamping out parts, application of primer (usually by dipping), and curing of the primer (often by baking for a short time at moderate temperature).3 Primer curing minimizes the possibility of wiping primer off portions of the insert by stock flow during molding. The treated metal inserts must be used within a relatively short time (usually a day or less), so that functionality necessary for bonding is not lost by reaction with moisture in the air. Freshness of the primer surface is particularly important for peroxide-cured and base-resistant fluoroelastomer compounds. Compound formulation should be adjusted to attain good adhesion.
Surface Stop Installation
These cassette seals are widely used in wheel-end applications, such as the axles of agricultural machinery or off-road trucks.
ELASTOMER MATERIAL + PTFE – THE PERFECT COMBINATION
Acrylate-natural rubber is its excellent heat and hot oil resistance. ACM is resistant to motor oils with modern additives, gearbox oil, lubricants etc. In addition there is the high oxidation and ozone resistance of a saturated polymer chain. Temperature range from -20 °C to +175°C.

Similar to the housing surface stop technique, this method uses a stop at the machined housing face to set the seal depth. It is typically used in housings with flat outer surfaces. Verifying the placement through visual inspection or with a feeler gauge ensures placement accuracy.
